A floor plan and host tool for restaurants: who's seated, who needs attention, which food is due and which tables want the bill, all on one screen.
Why I made it
Hosting a busy restaurant is mostly about not missing small signals: a table that's been waiting too long, food that's due, someone who wants the bill. On a packed night those live in your head and on scraps of paper.
Perfect Host puts them on a floor plan you can read at a glance, built from how service actually runs rather than how software usually imagines it.
Table states
Seated, drinks due, food due, bill requested, reserved and blocked, colour-coded on the plan.
Guest notes
Allergies, occasions and requests attached to the table.
Timing
How long each table has been at each stage.
